All staff members were welcoming and helpful. Caravan was clean and tidy on arrival, although basic. But this was to be expected given the level of accommodation booked. Facilities always clean and tidy.

Everything was amazing! Only thing I would change is having some way of knowing/choosing where abouts on the park your caravan is when you book. I requested the same caravan as last year and got it for this visit but I am looking to book a bigger one for next year but am needing a flatter area of the park. Facilities were ace, caravan was spotless, everything was great.
