Caravan nice and clean when we arrived, and all the beds made. weather fantastic so made great use of the BBQ. lazy days at the beach in the glorious sunshine is just what you need. when the sun shines their is no better place then Woolacombe beach.

We loved that the booking slots for the swimming pool were no longer in place, with 2 profoundly autistic children it made all the difference. They had more time to become nore familiar with their surroundings and enjoy the pools, there has been times previously, where it had taken them so long to get used to the environment, that by the time they were happy a s in the pool, their time slot had finished, so this was a massive plus! I have been coming to these parks for 21 years, and always think that the value for money is excellent and we have what we need for our children, which is really important to us.

This was our first time holidaying here, we were unsure what to expect having only had experience of butlins however we were pleasantly surprised! Our caravan was exactly like the photos online and was clean and spacious. The outdoor pool area isn’t huge but it really felt like we were abroad, we were lucky with the weather too. Being able to access all parks was great, we mostly stayed at Twitchen but ventured over to Woolacombe to visit the spa on my birthday! There was something to do for all the kids (aged 6-16), they enjoyed mini golf and playing pool, and it felt safe enough to let the older ones have a bit of freedom to walk around unsupervised. The beach is close by (by car!) and is one of the best we’ve been to! We’re looking to book again!

The park and facilities were clean and modern, the generic site bins were emptied daily. The staff I spoke to all seemed friendly. I liked the fact that you were able to book any facility across the parks. There were lots of walks within the area that were all sign posted. Great for dogs. The takeaway food service was good. The little doggy goody bag was a nice touch.

Great Hospitality and Customer Service. We felt very relaxed and stressed free in the safe environment. The whole family absolutely loved the caravan and evening entertainment. We will definitely be coming back. The whole complex is very clean.

Love it here, come back every year. I like how friendly everyone is, I like how it is clean compared to other holiday sites. Entertainment is always fun and very family friendly.

My youngest daughter's birthday was on our arrival date 20th July, and when we opened the door to the caravan, the team had left her a lovely birthday card, balloons and banners which we were unaware if, but it made her birthday after travelling a lot in the car. So Well Done Team!!! ❤️❤️The only issue we had was a funny smell from the back of the fridge freezer which smelt like a dirty nappy, but we pulled it out and couldn't see anything and it kept coming and going but as we were there for the week didnt report it as didnt ruin our holiday!

We love how easy the walk into Woolacombe is. We love that at the end of the day after a full day out we can quickly entertain the kids with the arcade. They're a bit old for the entertainment now.
