The staff were all very lovely helpful and friendly. The walk down to the beach was beautiful when the weather was nice.maintnence were fairly quick to help when the gas oven was playing up. Good choice of activities for the kids

The staff on reception and in the paint a pottery are very welcoming and helpful. The park facilities are fantastic!!! Can not fault them at all. Lots to do. The pool and outside swim area is absolutely fantastic, made even better by the "no booking" system. Very clean and great life guards. The park itself is very clean. Loved the dog welcome box!! I'm not sure if i would recommend this holiday to friends and family due to the accommodation. In terms of everything else, staff, facilities ect, I most definitely would.

We loved the park stars as always. It was a shame some hadn’t returned from last year but the new ones were just as great. My daughter took a liking to Keira who also has an amazing singing voice! Christian also still a sweetheart. And Jarred was also a great addition! We loved his humour. The man who checked us in was also lovely and friendly but unfortunately I didn’t catch his name! This was the first time we got to stay in the lighthouse area and it was amazing! We was in platinum and we were stunned at the size and that it had a dishwasher! So I really hope we get to stay there again next time. The staff in the pottery area are always so helpful and knowledgeable and we love that the pottery gets glazed for when we take it home.

The explorer’s experiences were fantastic. Kids loved them. Can’t remember the guys name but he was friendly, approachable and attentive. Went out of his way to make the kids happy. Breakfast with billy and betty was fun
