Food was lovely in restaurant but rather pricey. And very slow coming out. Staff very pleasant Loved having a dishwasher- after it was unblocked as previous occupants had bloked it with greasy crockery and we had to report it as I had to re wash all the crockery, but after emptying it there was greasy water in the bottom of the dishwasher also the sink was full of grease and the bowl. ....but it was sorted and we were left a lovely little bag of of goodies

The holiday park is beautiful and the views from the caravan and as you walked around. Loved the fact you didn’t have to book swimming or have a time limit. Even though the park was fully booked it never felt too busy or crowded. Definitely one of our most relaxed holidays we have had.

We like how close the location is to the beach, and that you can walk to it from Twitchen. We also really like the new Canopy seating area and live music every night.

Caravan nice and clean when we arrived, and all the beds made. weather fantastic so made great use of the BBQ. lazy days at the beach in the glorious sunshine is just what you need. when the sun shines their is no better place then Woolacombe beach.

We loved that the booking slots for the swimming pool were no longer in place, with 2 profoundly autistic children it made all the difference. They had more time to become nore familiar with their surroundings and enjoy the pools, there has been times previously, where it had taken them so long to get used to the environment, that by the time they were happy a s in the pool, their time slot had finished, so this was a massive plus! I have been coming to these parks for 21 years, and always think that the value for money is excellent and we have what we need for our children, which is really important to us.

This was our first time holidaying here, we were unsure what to expect having only had experience of butlins however we were pleasantly surprised! Our caravan was exactly like the photos online and was clean and spacious. The outdoor pool area isn’t huge but it really felt like we were abroad, we were lucky with the weather too. Being able to access all parks was great, we mostly stayed at Twitchen but ventured over to Woolacombe to visit the spa on my birthday! There was something to do for all the kids (aged 6-16), they enjoyed mini golf and playing pool, and it felt safe enough to let the older ones have a bit of freedom to walk around unsupervised. The beach is close by (by car!) and is one of the best we’ve been to! We’re looking to book again!
