   This is our 8th year coming to your holiday parks and we have loved it year after year. We being our 2 children aged 8 and 4 and our niece aged 16, there is so much to do for all ages and they love all the activities. Our 8 year old has been able to do more this year like the waver surfer and pool inlatables and has loved it saying he wants to do it again next year. Our niece always loves doing the wave surfer and paddleboarding. Our 4 year old has been getting more into the entertainment and has loved seeing billy and betty every chance he gets, he was espcially excited for breakfast with billy and betty this year and loved it. We have loved making use of the indoor and outdoor pools on both parks, the kids were all loving the slides and loved the pool party. The evening entertainment was great for kids and adults and the kids loved going to the park arcade and soft play during bingo and adults game shows. The parkstars are amazing with their enertainment and interactions with the kids. All staff were lovely and friendly, the security guard one night was very lovely and helpful when our 4 year old cut his finger and he came over with some wipes plasters and billy and betty stickers which he was chuffed with, sadly did not catch his name. The evening entertainnent was amazing with highlights being james and murphys night at the musicals (always an amazing show), atlantic rock, bangers and mash ups and the sabrina carpenter tribute act. Overall an amaing holiday with amazing weather to top it off 😀

   No swimming slots made a real difference when you have kids and worked really well. Lots of open space and stuff for kids to do. The staff in the arcade were so good woth the kids ,giving them the odd extra couple of 2ps if they were changing the machine or an extra keyring if loading them up, really made the kids holiday.

   Fantastic holiday, we stayed cor 10nights and never got bored! So many activities to choose from all day, entertainment for kids & adults at night. The outdoor pool in the glorious sunshine and indoor pool for colder days was perfect. Within walking distance to the beach with breathtaking views & also being able to use the other sites was a bonus. Thumbs up all round, We hope to return!

   We spent most of our days by the outdoor pool which was great it made it feel like we were on an abroad holiday. Loads of fun stuff for the kids to do and the evening entertainment was good fun.

   Wave machine, the instructor was really helpful and was the highlight of our sons holiday. Staff are always very friendly and welcoming. Very chilled out happy environment. Ladies in the arcade prize booth are fantastic and so patient with all the children. Also worth noting that the gentleman cleaning around the pool on the 23rd of july. He does a fantastic job not only is the pool side spotless but he showed true patience and diplomatic skills, while people are trying to grab sunbeds in the morning as he was trying to finish his job. He made us aware when he was finished and made sure we got a sunbed after we waited paitently. It was my birthday hence we wanted to be able to get a sunbed to have a relaxing day as we had not been able to get one previously.

   From arrival to leaving, we loved every second! Lovely polite staff always smiling, lovely atmosphere! We really enjoyed the swiiming pool, and other facilities around site. We honestly cant complain about anything! what a fantastic holiday and we will defintley be back! Thank you for such a great stay!

   Loved the fact you could use all facilities at 3 different parks & things like crazy golf & table tennis. The food & drinks weren't over priced either. Outside pool turning into splash pad was a perfect way for kids to end the day. Overall our favourite holiday place in the UK & we will definitely be back.

    We love the site and return every year, everyone on site is helpful. We live the Art shed and it's lovely to see the same face behind the till. (Long curly hair) forgot her name. Year in year out she always greets us with a smile and is a credit to Twitchen.
