The campsite was in a great location. Our pitch was close enough to the toilet block. There were plenty of showers and toilets that we never had to queue. All kept clean and plenty of hot water. Lots of facilities across the 3 sites. Our pitch was not very big but the other fields looked more spacious.

Check in was simple, instructions on finding our pitch were clear. Pitch was clean and clear ready for us to pitch our tent. The size of the pitch was smaller than expected but still plenty of space to enable us to pitch and have outdoor space and parking was available close by. All staff were lovely and helpful. Pools and changing rooms were clean and well looked after. The kids particular liked the slides both indoor and outdoor. Play parks were all lovely. My daughter did the wave surfing experience which was lovely, she got to do some tricks. Lovely holiday all round

When we arrived it was really beautiful and clean and I liked the fact we could opt in for a quieter pitch away from all the entertainment as we have young children. My children loved the entertainment and I thought the entertainment team were fantastic. we would love to come back it was the best experience for our youngest who has never been camping before

It was a lovely site. I have stayed at the other two many times as a child and always have fond memories. We wanted to camp at twitchen but Jo room so booked easewell farm. It’s a lovely site and the staff were all very friendly especially the e gentleman who works behind the bar. Always had a snails and nothing was too much trouble for him.
