Our team will be working hard to ensure your accommodation is perfectly prepared for your arrival, so we’re unable to offer early check-in. However, you’re very welcome to arrive from 12pm and make the most of the activities and facilities available while you wait. Key collection times are as follows:
- from 12pm for Camping & Touring pitches
- from 2pm for lodges and apartments
- from 2pm for Platinum, Sapphire, Emerald and Diamond
- from 3pm for Gold
- from 4pm for Silver and farmhouse
- from 5pm for Bronze
An early check-in is an integral feature in premium accommodation, and regrettably, we are unable to provide the option of an additional earlier check-in time.

Before your holiday, we’ll email you with your check-in time and instructions on where to go when you arrive. Please follow the directions in your arrival email, as check-in arrangements can vary by holiday park, accommodation type, arrival time and day of the week. If you’re unsure where to go when you arrive, please follow the check-in signs or head to reception.
What do I need to bring?

Your self-catering accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the necessary crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils, including a microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, cooker, and oven. You will need to bring along a few items:
- Your holiday confirmation
- Tea towels
- Bath mat
- Toiletries
- Toilet rolls
- Washing up utensils
- Cot linen and mattress (if you have hired a cot)
- Towels are included for use in your accommodation in all accommodation types except Bronze, Silver and Gold caravans, where they are available to hire at the time of booking or after you've booked through My Account
- Towels for the beach and pools

What happens if I arrive late?

No need to rush if you're delayed; your holiday will still be waiting for your arrival. Check-in is open from your arrival time until 10pm. If you do expect to arrive this time, please contact us on the below numbers and we will make arrangements for you to collect your welcome pack and check in:

If you are unable to arrive on your scheduled arrival day, please let us know by 10am the following day to prevent your booking from being cancelled as a non-arrival.

Our team will be working hard to ensure your accommodation is perfectly prepared for your arrival, so we’re unable to offer early check-in. However, you’re very welcome to arrive from 12noon and make the most of the available activities and facilities while you wait.
How many cars can I bring?
How many cars can I bring?
We encourage guests to bring as few cars as possible to protect the environment and reduce local traffic.
If you are staying in our accommodation, you may bring a maximum of 2 cars; parking will be provided on or near your accommodation for one car and the second may have to be parked in another car park. When you book, you may have the option to secure an allocated parking space for one car immediately next to your caravan for a small additional fee.
If you have booked a Platinum, Sapphire or Diamond caravan or any lodge then there is guaranteed allocated parking for 2 cars right next to your accommodation.
If you have booked Camping & Touring, only 1 car is permitted which must be parked within your pitch space.

What time is check-out?
Check-out time for all accommodation and pitches is by 10am. This is to ensure sufficient time for preparation before the next arrival, so, we are unable to offer a late check-out in any accommodation. The option of a late check-out until 6pm may be available if you are on a camping and touring pitch, this will be shown when you book or can be added in My Account before you arrive, subject to availability.
Once you have checked out, you can continue to use the facilities on the holiday parks until 2pm, please ensure you move your car to the main car park to leave access to your vacated accommodation or pitch for incoming guests.

For a speedy check-in process, you can pre-register and amend your car's registration in My Account up to the day before arrival.
