Booking & Payments FAQs
Deposits, balances, payment methods and everything else about paying for your holiday.
How do I make a payment?
How do I make a payment?
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards either by entering your card details or using mobile wallet payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can make a payment on your holiday either by using the online payment link in your booking confirmation email, the QR code or unique weblink on your confirmation PDF sent when you booked, or by logging into My Account.
If you call us to make a payment on a holiday booking, we will send you a link by email to complete the payment, for card security and anti-fraud reasons it is no longer possible to read card numbers over the phone.
Please note we don't accept American Express cards, cash, cheques or postal orders as payment toward any holiday booking.
Why has my payment not been accepted?
Why has my payment not been accepted?
It's possible that your payment may be unsuccessful due to a third-party verification step. If you have confirmed that all information is correct, you are the cardholder, and all account details match the ones you have with your bank, the issue may be with your device, preventing the payment from processing. In such cases, we recommend trying a different device to complete the payment.
Can I make partial payments towards my holiday?
Can I make partial payments towards my holiday?
Once you have paid your initial deposit, you can make part payments and use multiple cards right up until the day before your balance is due. You can do this by either using the unique online payment link included in emails, using the unique URL or QR code on your booking confirmation, or by logging into My Account and clicking on 'pay balance'.
Please note that on the day your balance is due, it is not possible to split a payment so if you wish to pay on several cards you must do so at least one day before your balance due date.
When is my balance due?
When is my balance due?
Your balance due date is just 8 weeks before your arrival date. As this has been agreed at the time of booking, we unfortunately are unable to offer any payment extensions or arrange alternative payment plans.
Is my holiday confirmed?
Is my holiday confirmed?
As soon as your holiday is confirmed, we'll send you a confirmation email. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders, and you can also log into My Account as any new bookings will show up there instantly.
How much is a holiday deposit?
How much is a holiday deposit?
If you're booking in advance at least 8 weeks before arrival, you have the option of paying in full or paying a low £49 deposit per accommodation or pitch on holidays lasting between 2 and 28 nights.
If you do pay in full or over the deposit amount more than 8 weeks of arrival, the first £49 of your payments will act as a deposit should you need to cancel.
If you are booking your holiday to arrive within the next 8 weeks, full payment is always required at the time of booking.
Do prices change?
Do prices change?
Yes, prices can fluctuate. We strive to provide great value and competitive pricing across all of our accommodation options. Booking early secures your price and ensures availability for popular options like hot tub accommodation or pet-friendly stays. While last minute deals can sometimes offer great savings, choices may be limited, and many pre-bookable activities may have already sold out.
While we don't offer a price match promise, if you notice that a holiday has been reduced, it's worth checking all available upgrades to ensure you're getting the best value for money. Plus, if you purchased our Holiday Safeguard Scheme at the time of booking, it lets you adjust your booking in My Account if prices drop after you’ve booked up to two weeks before arrival.
Do you sell day passes?
Do you sell day passes?
We do not offer day passes as we do not charge our guests for many of the activities and facilities. Our swimming pools and all other facilities at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House are reserved solely for the enjoyment of guests currently staying with us. The 9-hole golf course at Easewell Farm and The Easewell Arms are open to the public, but not any of the other facilities on that holiday park including the indoor pool.
