Our team is dedicated to creating a holiday experience full of excitement and seasonal entertainment for all our guests. On arrival, you'll receive an entertainment guide, and we recommend checking the show listings at reception, so you don't miss out on any of the fun.

Please note that, outside of English school holidays, the activities, facilities and entertainment may be reduced, including the range of acts, which is why these holidays are available at a lower cost.

Here’s a handy guide to the opening times for some of our most popular activities and facilities:

• Adventure golf: open daily from 8am to 9pm or until it gets dark.  
• Amusements arcade: open daily from 8am to 10pm.  
• Arcade prize shop: in term time Monday & Friday from 9am to 12pm, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday from 3pm to 7pm, in school holidays Monday & Friday from 9am to 12pm, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday from 3pm to 7pm.
• Cinema: open from 9am daily, you can view our latest cinema timetable at reception.
• Indoor swimming pools: Our indoor pools are open daily from 8am to 8pm, giving you plenty of time to enjoy a swim throughout your stay. At Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House, pools are lifeguarded during our main operating hours with all features open including the pirate play area at Woolacombe Bay and slides at Twitchen House in term time from 10am to 5pm and extended in school holidays from 9am to 6pm.
• Outdoor swimming pools: open daily from 10am to 6pm from mid-May to mid-September, weather permitting.
• Indoor soft play area: Open daily from 8am to 9pm.
• Table tennis: open daily from 8am to 9:30pm.

You can enjoy an action-packed entertainment season at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House. On arrival, we'll share our full entertainment schedule but a typical evening usually includes:

• 17:30 to 18:00: Kids mini disco
• 18:00 to 18:30: Time to Bounce (Beachball ShowTime)
• 18:30 to 19:15: Cash bingo ticket sales
• 18:30 to 19:15: Party time
• 19:30 to 20:15: Cash prize bingo
• 20:15 to 21:00:  Interactive family gameshow
• 21:00 to 22:00: ParkStars production show or visiting live act
• 22:00 to Close: Late night entertainment and disco

Please note, outside of English school holidays, the activities, facilities and entertainment may be reduced which is one of these reasons these holidays cost less.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your activity start time so our team can check you in and get everything ready for you. However, for our Wavesurfer activity, please arrive 30 minutes early as this allows time for you to be fitted into your wetsuit and ensures you get the most time possible enjoying the experience on the Wavesurfer.

Yes, as long as your activity is more than 48 hours away, you can make amendments through My Account.

If you submit a cancellation request through My Account more than 48 hours before your scheduled activity, you will receive a credit to use on a future activity. However, any cancellations received within 48 hours will not hold any credit entitlement.

Please note that to keep your activity account active, at least one booking must remain. If you wish to cancel all activities, please email goodtimes@woolacombe.com.

If an adult wishes to participate in the activity, a space must be booked. However, if an adult is only supervising, there is no need to book a space.

Our cinemas are located at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House and are exclusively available for guests staying on our holiday parks. Here’s what you need to know:

• Movies rotate weekly, so for the latest schedule please visit your holiday park's reception.
• Tickets can only be purchased from the holiday park where you wish to watch the movie.
• They are available through the holiday park's reception team or via the convenient self-service cinema ticket kiosks located in reception.
• Ticket prices vary depending on the show time.
• Each cinema has around 50 seats, providing an intimate and cosy viewing experience.
• Bring your own sweets and treats to enjoy during the film, the convenience stores on the holiday park are open from 8am to 8pm to pick up snacks ahead of your movie.
• Plus, with hardly any trailers, you can dive straight into the action!

Enjoy our Romano Spa thermal suite experience for 90 minutes of ultimate holiday relaxation. The thermal suite offers a serene atmosphere with two saunas, two steam rooms, Jacuzzi, plunge pool, two heated loungers, two footbaths, an ice shower, two experience showers, an outdoor sea view relaxation terrace, towels, chilled water and locker use.

You can book your spa experience from 14 days before your chosen time through My Account for just £15 per person and is available to guests aged 12+ years.

Additionally, adults can also enjoy a refreshing sun shower for only £2.50 for 3 minutes.

Our well-equipped gym is located at Woolacombe Bay and is available to guests from £6 per session with offers for multiple entries booked in advance. You can book through My Account up to 14 days in advance of your desired day and time.

Our golf course has 9 holes with 18 tees and is a professional course, so players should have some previous golf experience and be familiar with basic golf rules and etiquette. We take a relaxed holiday approach, so there’s no strict dress code and golf shoes are not essential.

Golf clubs are available to hire for £10 per set. If you would like to hire equipment, we recommend booking a tee time in advance in My Account. If you are bringing your own clubs, booking isn’t required, but we do suggest calling ahead to check the course isn’t closed for a competition.

Once you have finished painting, your pottery will be ready to go into our kiln to be gloss-fired at over 1,000 degrees ready for you to take home. Your pottery collection times vary depending on when you complete your painting and the time of year you visit our ceramic studios. Your pottery will be available for collection within 1-3 days. For more information, please speak to our team at the ceramic studio.

No worries! We are happy to post any painted pottery to your home address. You can find out more by speaking directly to our ceramics team.

Tennis is available at Woolacombe Bay and can be booked through My Account in advance. Our tennis court is located on an astroturf surface sports court. From 8am to 1pm, the court is exclusively reserved for tennis.

To book your session, you can either book at reception or through My Account. If you need tennis equipment, you can hire it from reception for a small cash deposit, which will be refunded when the equipment is returned.

Yes! Each evening at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House, we offer the opportunity to win cash prizes through bingo. Bingo tickets can be purchased in the entertainment venue.
