   personally from the check in moment the people on checkin were superb and gave me a feel good factor it makes me want to come back year after year thank you all just two things recycling bins would be useful and possibly upgrading the wifi in some way would be good otherwise 10/ 10 for everything your staff on site very helpful

   Loved the caravan very roomy and very clean ,well done to the housekeeping team 👏 the only thing I think could be better is more sunloungers needed around the pool but the outdoor pool itself was lovely ,we didn't have any kiddies with us only my great grandson and he's not old enough to use any of the slides ,but he loved being in the pool with his mum and dad ,overall we had a great time and would come again if we get the chance ,we loved sitting outside the bar on the Decking area ,such beautiful views 😀 😊

   Food and drink at the bar really good value for money! Swimming pool was great and not too busy, arcade had a variety of machines too. Great location for getting into Woolacombe.

   Excellent caravan great pitch location very clean good ameanaties Love the fact you can order food on your phone app to anywhere you are . The food ordering to our caravan wow because we’ve got dogs it can come to the van GREAT idea 👏🏻👏🏻. Also weather outstanding. We’ve been to this site many times and will continue to come back .     I cannot fault the entertainment and facilities package on site. We go to a caravan holiday park every year and this is the best facilities we have been to to take a little one. The option for indoor and outdoor pool and it being heated is perfect. The parks are great and the free mini golf is perfect. The kids entertainment is wonderful. We did the breakfast with billy and betty and the make a bear party which were both fantastic. The team are wonderful!

    We really enjoyed our holiday. All staff were extremely helpful & friendly. The park was spotless & well maintained. The location & grounds are stunning. We particularly enjoyed the pools!

    We stayed with our two young children in a silver caravan. The holiday park provided lots of activities and entertainment for a family,which is perfect. Everything we needed was onsite apart from the beach and shops.We made a couple of trips out for this reason. We loved the pools the most!.The outdoor slides were a real bonus.Our children also enjoyed the crazy golf. Myself and my partner had previously stayed in the apartment onsite about 10 years ago prior to our children.It was nice to return again with our own family and make some memories in a caravan. Thank you,we were not disappointed!.

    We absolutely loved our holiday, the accommodation was fantastic, we had an issue with the electric going off but once we called reception the team came out quickly to sort it out. We used the indoor pool and really enjoyed it, the changing room was clean so was the pool. We will definitely book again!
