The park was lovely and clean, the clientele was also lovely, view stunning in our lodge E08. Everything in the caravan had been thought of! Excellent facilities. The slides were a nice feature as were the pools! And very clean.

Everything! The highlight for me was the location of the van & the absolutely incredible view. This was a special treat for us as I wouldn’t usually spend what I did on a UK break however I was so pleasantly surprised by it all. Great value for money with all things considered- very much felt like we were abroad! (Which is great because with how finances are right now we can’t afford go abroad so was looking for the next best thing!). I haven’t stopped thinking about our break since we left and I am already in the process of planning another trip with you. (Just hoping I may be lucky enough to have that amazing caravan again!!). The outdoor pools and beach view were the reason I booked this trip and neither disappointed. It was fantastic to be able to use the facilities at Twitchen house too, giving us 4 different pool areas to enjoy, we thought this was incredible! We had been extremely lucky that the weather was amazing and we could enjoy being outdoors all the time. However loved that there was so much to do, and slightly gutted we didn’t get time to do it all - such as the cinema & arcade. I’ve never known a cinema be in a holiday park before. Amazing! Honestly can’t wait to come back. A new favourite caravan break that’s for sure.

The staff were very helpful, especially Linda and Sarah on reception. The welcome pack was a nice touch. The use of the swimming pools without booking a slot was priceless when you have children. The caravan and facilities overall were clean and comfortable.

Great weather always helps! Entertainment staff tried very hard - full of energy. Facilities great, food very nice in the restaurant. Could be a little more adventurous in what you allow (food options) upstairs when you secure your table early. Bar Staff excellent - could do with a slightly better range of wine, some NZ Savvy Blanc would be nice. Accommodation was good, check in easy - improved on last year.
