   Great holiday park and great value for money. Can be a challenge walking about on the hill down to the entertainment/ main complex. Foods good and easy to get or order to tables/ caravan. Super close to the beach which is amazing with facilities you need for children. Parking was tough but had plenty of space in the field. Walk up and down from the park is something to be desired if u fancy a challenge back up the hill to the park!.

   Overall, we really enjoyed our first stay with Woolacombe. There was always something to do, everyone was all so friendly and made our children feel so happy and safe. Entertainment was brilliant, the swimming pool was good fun, park was highly enjoyed and the activities around the park was good fun too.

   Although we were only in the Bronze caravan we found the standards of cleanliness, equipment, and comfort to be excellent both inside and outside the caravan. The range of outdoor activities were great, something for all ages, although on this occasion we did not use them as it was only a short break but it was good they were there had we needed them. It was also great that some of the facilities eg the swimming pools were included in the cost of the caravan. In so many places you can be charged for all the amenities you use so well done Woolacombe Bay. We will definitely be coming back.

   This was a very last minute booking for two of our 10 children, and it was generally amazing, both my girls have additional needs and were able to access the pool, arcade and softplay area, this was the only places they wanted to go but by the way the staff made us feel welcome and safe was brilliant. I will definitely be booking again to bring other children and maybe even look at this now being our whole family resort too. Well done guys!

    We’ve just come home from an amazing stay at Woolacombe Bay Holiday Park and honestly can’t fault a thing! The entertainment team absolutely made our holiday — they were so friendly, welcoming and incredibly talented. We loved the Build-A-Bear session and the fluff fight was such a fun highlight for the kids! The pantomime was brilliant too, and we were genuinely so impressed at how the team could seamlessly switch from children’s entertainment, to bingo presenters, to full-on pantomime cast members. They work so hard and create such a lovely atmosphere throughout the park. Our caravan was lovely, clean and comfortable, the reception team were really helpful and welcoming, and even the on-site shop was reasonably priced which was a nice surprise. We honestly don’t have a bad word to say about the place and can’t wait to come back again. A well-deserved 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    We loved the position of our caravan (B25). We can't wait to come back next year and fingers crossed we can book the same caravan. We also love the fact that we can book the extra night on Thursday as coming from Bristol this makes the start of our holiday even more easier.

    We absolutely loved waking to the gorgeous views we had from our caravan , loved the idea of the swimming pool being a walk in rather than pre book as sometimes the kids wanted to swim again in the day and at random times and also the seating around the pool was great for parents who just want to watch , entertainment was good also and bingo we enjoyed and the food/drinks were lovely too . Kids and grown ups loved the little arcade and pool tables were a big hit too ,overall we really enjoyed our stay at woolacombe bay and would love to come back again soon .

    It was lovely that there was so much do there and the option to use th either parks facilities which we didn't get a chance to is a bonus. I will say the crazy golf was the only thing a tad frustrating as a few were practically impossible to put into the hole and some bits the ball got stuck in. The only other gripe is the hours the ticket prize booth was open were quite limited. Aside from these minor tweaks it was an all round fantastic holiday and will definatley reccomend to others and return again :)
