Loved the swimming pools and range of additional activities at reasonable prices. Good location and good to be able to use the facilities at the other parks. Food choice was good and we enjoyed the meals we had. Bingo was fun.

We’ve stayed 4 times now, the entertainment and facilities have kept us coming back. The caravans need some TLC (see below in what can be improved) but the overall holiday experience is always enjoyable and entertainment staff work so hard and put so much effort in to making the kids and adults feel welcome and entertained, not just in the evenings but through the day, activities and by the pool. Reception staff are also very helpful and friendly so they should be called out, although it’s very busy they deal with large volumes of customers, multiple and varying issues/questions and always have a smile on their face.

We loved the fact there no need to book swimming! The evening entertainment was amazing for all ages. Loved the outdoor pool on the evenings for the younger children to splash about in!

The swimming pools/slides/parks/soft play ect are fantastic for hours of entertainment for the kids. The park star staff put alot of effort into entertaining holiday makers. Bingo was great! Great walks to the beach and just an overall very easy going holiday vibes. All staff were really friendly and helpful!

The grandchildren loved the variety of things to do at the holiday park. We love Barricane beach and the walks to Mortehoe.

We loved how much Twitchen House has improved since our last visit. It has definitely made up for loosing Golden Coast as the activity park. Everything you need is close by on the site.

Everything but the caravan was great, lovely food, fantastic swimming facilities. Entertainer Jarrod, Jo and Ellie were very good. Our caravan was not very clean, the floor was filthy, the bin hadn’t been emptied had crisp packets and wrappers in it. Toilet had not been cleaned properly. Tags from toys in the bedrooms. Couches had not been wiped down or cleaned.
