   Caravan was very clean. Decent knives, cutlery etc- better quality than expected. There wasn't enough cost hangers. No mattress ors which we thought was odd.... There wasn't much storage for clothes. A few of the doors were creaky in ours. One of the beds very uncomfortable. However none of that really mattered, didn't affect the time we had. It was a lovely, lovely park, clean, safe, staff were really nice. Check in and out was easy. Food on the restaurant in both Twitchem and Woolacombe was really nice, probably the best we have had and have almost 25 years of caravan holidays - good value and even the grandchildren who can be fussy were well fed and watered and enjoyed every bite! Had 2 autistic kids with us and staff made allowances like food not touching, extra plates, different sauces, ice cream custom orders due to food texture issues which made life super easy and less stressful. Thank you, these little things really make a difference 🙏 we would probably choose these parks again purely based on the pools and food. (Guests next to us fed seagulls which was annoying! So could be more signs). We didn't use the entertainment in the evening but could hear it and sounded good. The one thing I would add is the signs to the other park and beach are not good. We walked to the Woolacombe Bay park from Twitchen and followed the initial sign....then came to another sign that pointed to 'Woolacombe'- we took that one thinking it was the most logical - however it was the wrong way. We met another family who did the same thing. Would be great to be able to add or hire pop up gazebos, outdoor furniture,BBQ, etc as it was so hot. A bus timetable would be useful on arrival too in our 'packs'. Overall a fab holiday, would absolutely love to come again!

   access to swimming pools, Park and wooded areas. the soft play was great for our 5 year old and there are plenty of onsite and off site activities as well.

   We’ve just returned from Twitchen house as a family of 7. We had the best time! It was lovely that the pools were always accessible and you didn’t have to book!! The park was clean and tidy and all staff were helpful and friendly. We’ve had a lovely time and will definitely return!
