The park is so clean and feels very safe. All amenities are in one place and the use of all three parks are great too. Twichen is such a great location! Great walks as well love that! Been down since I was little so it’s always got that feel of being on holiday now I have my own little girl who loves billy as much as me when I was her age!!!!

Close to Woolacombe beach, we like the different walking paths down to it. Accommodation was good and we love having a hot tub and larger decking area. We like how dog friendly the park is.

Hot tub was nice and staff friendly. Had to call someone out as oven didn’t work for breakfast but very friendly

The kids loved the arcades and soft play bit in the restaurant, they loved the swimming pool and the food delivery service was great

Liked the kids club/disco evenings Nice areas such as soft play for our energetic toddler Impressed with the upkeep and daily checks it out jacuzzi (sadly did cut my finger on a broken storm strap which wasn't replaced) Lovely caravan, had everything needed for a comfortable stay

I came with my 2 children, one of which has disabilities. The staff were all amazing with him and engaged in convastations. He had the best time, we all did. I will defo be returning

Location was great, facilities were clean. Milkshakes lovely! Hot tub was great, good to see it getting checked whilst we were there as well. Beds better than most caravan beds. Being able to use all the other parks is great. Kids loved the golf and footgolf. BBQ was also great to have. Kids entertainment was the best we have seen. Different every night, kids loved the awards and sweets and getting on stage. The parks were great for kids of all ages. Outdoor pools were a real highlight for us.
