Email campaigns

Offers only apply to the promotional period stated and must be booked by the date specified. Prices and savings are per accommodation or pitch and not per person. Discounts apply to the accommodation or pitch element only. Prices and discounts may vary by Park, date and accommodation. All details correct at the time of distribution. Offers are subject to availability, cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotional voucher, apply to new bookings only and are subject to the terms and conditions of booking. Some offers may have specific promotional terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw offers on certain Parks, dates and accommodation types at any time.

Promotion codes

Where a promotion code is supplied this must be used at the time of booking as we cannot apply these offers retrospectively if you do not claim the offer before your booking is confirmed. Promotion codes may apply to specific Parks, dates, durations and accommodation and any exclusions will be stated in the email. Promotion codes must be entered at Step 2 when booking online or if booking by telephone you must make your Holiday Advisor aware at the start of the call. We reserve the right to withdraw offers on certain Parks, dates and accommodation types at any time. Promotion codes cannot be used on Surf Lodge, Surfscape Lodge, Surfview Lodge and Surf Pod holidays.


Holiday Safeguard Scheme

Holiday Safeguard Scheme costs £20 for 7 night self-catering holidays and £10 for self-catering holidays of up to 4 nights or £1.50 per night for Camping & Touring holidays; must be added to your booking and paid with your additional deposit and cannot be added at a later date, click here for full terms and conditions. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival where our Holiday Safeguard Scheme is purchased are covered depending on when you cancel and the reason for this, proof of reason of cancellation will be required. Amendments are subject to availability, within 2 weeks of arrival are possible when our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover has been taken our where this to an earlier date only.

2019 Early Booking Offer

Save up to 30% off applies to the accommodation element of 2019 bookings up to 28 nights duration made by 31st October 2018 and full balance paid by 31st October 2018; a lesser discount applies for later payment.

Discount may vary by Park, date, duration and accommodation type. Low £40 deposit per week or short break which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. School holiday dates vary by region, please check before booking. Free holiday protection cover is automatically included in the price of your holiday when booking on this offer, cover cannot be exchanged for cash or any other discount; full details of our Holiday Safeguard Scheme are shown in our current brochure and website.

If amending your holiday and the price increases this will be added to your booking, if the holiday is a lower price we’ll refund you the difference in the same way you made your original payment, for e example back to the same card. Amendments made after 31st October will be at the follow year's prices and prevailing discounts available at the time of making the change. No amendment fees are charged for 2019 holiday amendments up to 24th December 2018, after this date then all changes will be subject to a £20 administration fee per change. If you wish to cancel your holiday then our normal cancellation terms apply and the standard deposit is non-refundable


Pre-bookable Activities

Once you have booked your holiday you can log-in to My Account where you can see all of the activities and times available to book, all activities are subject to availability and must be paid for at the time of booking. If you wish to cancel a pre-booked activity please give us 24 hour’s notice before it starts and we will book you onto an alternative available activity. Pre-purchased activities are non-refundable on Park, cannot be transferred to another booking and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to cancel any activity at any time, where possible we will transfer to another session, or an alternative activity.

Pre-bookable activities for 2019 will go on sale in December 2018.
