Terms & conditions offer campaigns

Direct marketing campaigns

Offers only apply to the promotional period stated and must be booked by the date specified. Prices and savings are per accommodation or pitch and not per person. Discounts apply to the accommodation or pitch element only. Prices and discounts may vary by Park, date and accommodation. All details correct at the time of distribution. Offers are subject to availability, cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotional voucher, apply to new bookings only and are subject to the terms and conditions of booking. Some offers may have specific promotional terms and conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw offers on certain Parks, dates and accommodation types at any time.

Low deposit and holiday offers

Discounts apply to the accommodation or pitch element of confirmed bookings up to 28 nights duration. Discount may vary by Park, date, duration and accommodation type. Low £40 deposit per week or short break for self-catering accommodation which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, the deposit for Camping & Touring holidays is £5 per pitch per night. The deposit option is only available if your selected holiday arrival date is more than 8 weeks away (or 12 weeks if it has a hot tub), otherwise the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. If optional but strongly recommended Holiday Safeguard Scheme scheme is added to your booking the cost for this added to your initial deposit. School holiday dates vary by region, please check before booking.

 

Promotion codes

Where a promotion code is supplied this must be used at the time of booking as we cannot apply these offers retrospectively if you do not claim the offer before your booking is confirmed. Promotion codes may apply to specific Parks, dates, durations and accommodation and any exclusions will be stated in the email. Promotion codes must use the link provided when booking online or if booking by telephone you must make your Holiday Advisor aware at the start of the call. We reserve the right to withdraw offers on certain Parks, dates and accommodation types at any time.

 

Holiday Safeguard Scheme

Holiday Safeguard Scheme costs £20 for 7 night self-catering holidays and £10 for self-catering holidays of up to 4 nights or £1.50 per night for Camping & Touring holidays; must be added to your booking and paid with your additional deposit and cannot be added at a later date, click here for full terms and conditions. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival where our Holiday Safeguard Scheme is purchased are covered depending on when you cancel and the reason for this, proof of reason of cancellation will be required. Amendments are subject to availability, within 2 weeks of arrival are possible when our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover has been taken our where this to an earlier date only.

 

Free amendments

Free amendments means no amendment fee applies to changing your accommodation, holiday dates or length of stay on all bookings arriving when modifying your booking online yourself in My Account, a fee of £20 per change applies to amendments you make by telephone - if you select a lower priced break we will refund the difference in the same way you made the original payment, if you select a higher priced break you will need to pay the difference.

 

Pre-bookable Activities

Activities can be pre-booked online up to 1 hour before the activity starts by paying in full with a debit or credit card. Activities are valid only on the booked session. Activities can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before the booked activity starts, within 24 hours we will offer you a slot on an earlier activity session where available when you are on Park. We are unable to offer a transfer or a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the booked activity start time or miss your booked activity. Activities can be booked once you have made a confirmed holiday booking, all activities are subject to availability and are booked through My Account where you can also view a list of activities booked. You can also book activities on Park but it is recommended to pre-book if you wish to ensure you are able to the activity on holiday. Activities may be varied at any time due to operational or weather conditions, in which case we'll do our best to find you a suitable alternative. We reserve the right to cancel any activity at any time, where possible we will transfer to another session, or an alternative activity. Activities and entertainment may be varied at any time due to operational reasons. Activities and entertainment shown as 'Free' applies to direct bookings only.
