Most of the things to do on our Devon Holiday Parks are now open because they're designed to be safe and fun... that's what holidays should be!
These activities and facilities are now open for guests on holiday right now but our facilities opening times may vary by Park. If you are booking further in advance then things might change so check here for updates and you'll receive clear pre-arrival information by email before you stay.
For your safety and enjoyment some activities and facilities have significantly reduced numbers, and we've had to make some tweaks to our entertainment which finishes by 10pm to comply with Government guidance. It's seating only in all our bars and restaurants where we continue to welcome more than six customers inside, but groups of six must be socially distant from each other and indoors it is table service only with all venues closing by 10pm. So make sure you guarantee your space on pre-bookable activities as soon as your holiday's booked. You'll also need to book session bathing at the swimming pools between 1 and 12 hours before you want to swim.
To help reduce the spread of coronavirus, we are legally required to record your contact details of all guests visiting our venues for NHS Test & Trace purposes. We will ask you to scan the QR code with your NHS Covid-19 app or if you don't have that we'll ask for your name and postcode. If you do not wish to share this information, we're sorry but you will be refused entry or service.
Please ensure you wear your Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks wristband at all times to access all the facilities during your holiday.
Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic we have implemented a number of measures to safeguard our guests and team members, we endeavour to maintain business-as-usual to the extent allowed in the circumstances and following the latest Government guidance. Capacity restrictions may apply in line with mandatory social distancing requirements. Pre-bookable activities must be booked in advance, and the availability of facilities, activities and entertainment are subject to change in the evolving coronavirus situation. We commit to running as much as possible during your stay where it is safe to do so always adhering to Government and industry guidelines. Day visitors are NOT permitted on our Parks. Please be aware face coverings are mandatory in all indoor venues on our Parks, while the use of face coverings is not required while dining and drinking in our restaurants you will need to wear one in when walking to our restaurants if travelling through an indoor area.
