- Your holiday Park is closed because of coronavirus so are not able to accommodate you for your confirmed booking
- HM Government travel restrictions including local lockdowns are in place on the dates of your booking affecting your home postcode
- You or any member of your party listed on the booking have been told to self-isolate due to coronavirus, or have any Covid-19 symptoms
- We tell you we have to operate your break on an accommodation-only basis due to HM Government restrictions and you then opt not to stay
You'll be given the choice of:
- Switch your holiday to a later date with no admin fees
- Swap all you've paid for a future holiday credit
- Cancel your holiday and receive a full refund
You will not be worse off or your money back... that's our promise!
If you are unable to travel to us to take your booked holiday due to HM Government travel restrictions including local lockdowns, you will either get a full refund or you can rescue your holiday plans with a transfer to a later holiday with no admin fees.
If there are HM Government restrictions in place at the time of your holiday which mean our Parks operate on an accommodation-only basis with no facilities except for the Reception, Launderette, Convenience Store and Food & Drink delivery or takeaway, you will be notified several weeks before your arrival date and given the option to either continue with your holiday, cancel with a full refund or move your break to a later date with no admin fees. If you decide to continue with your holiday, as a minimum we will provide you with free WiFi in your Holiday Home or Camping & Touring pitch (at all Parks excluding Easewell Farm) for an unlimited number of devices for the duration of your stay.
If you or any member of your party listed on your holiday booking has been told to self-isolate for coronavirus then you must not take your holiday with us during your period of isolation so please contact us if you have coronavirus symptoms within 7 days of your break and do not come to the Parks. You will have the option of a full refund or you can rescue your holiday plans with a transfer to a later holiday with no admin fees.
Yes, we strongly recommend taking out our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover to ensure you do not loose all the money you have paid if you need to cancel or amend your holiday after you booked it. This cover extends to other illness and reasons for cancellation including jury service and redundancy. For a limited promotional time this is currently included free with 2021 bookings.
Yes, because if you don't pay any outstanding balance on time for a holiday on a date when our Parks are not closed then your holiday will be cancelled by us for non-payment of the balance and you'll forfeit any monies already paid. Rest assured that if the Parks have to close and your booking is cancelled by us due to coronavirus, you will be notified as soon as possible by email and offered a full refund or you can rescue your holiday plans with a transfer to a later holiday with no admin fees.
It's important that as well as being able to book with confidence, you must also be able to holiday with confidence too. Our guests already tell us in their post-holiday suverys and Tripadvisor reviews that our cleaning processes are very good but we recognise that good now isn't good enough... so we have introduced additional measures including strict deep cleaning regimes throughout the Parks and self-catering accommodation, an abundance of santising stations, one-way systems, contactless check-in, deep cleaning of accommodation before your arrival and social distancing measures to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.
