Activities and entertainment may be varied at any time due to operational reasons. Activities and entertainment shown as 'Free' applies to direct bookings only. Fridays & Mondays are the main arrival days when the focus is on welcoming you to the Parks, so you'll find more activities on other days of the week.

Activities can be pre-booked online up to 1 hour before the activity starts by paying in full with a debit or credit card. Activities are valid only on the booked session. Activities can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours before the booked activity starts, within 24 hours we will offer you a slot on an earlier activity session where available when you are on Park. We are unable to offer a transfer or a refund if you cancel within 24 hours of the booked activity start time or miss your booked activity.

Activities can be booked once you have made a confirmed holiday booking, all activities are subject to availability and are booked through My Account where you can also view a list of activities booked. You can also book activities on Park but it is recommended to pre-book if you wish to ensure you are able to the activity on holiday. Activities may be varied at any time due to operational or weather conditions, in which case we'll do our best to find you a suitable alternative.

Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic we have implemented a number of measures to safeguard our guests and team members, the listings above give a taste of what's in store and we're currently putting the final touches to our exciting plans for activities and entertainment in 2021.

We endeavour to maintain business-as-usual to the extent allowed in the circumstances and following the latest Government guidance. Capacity restrictions may apply in line with mandatory social distancing requirements. Pre-bookable activities must be booked in advance, and the availability of facilities, activities and entertainment are subject to change in the evolving coronavirus situation. We commit to running as much as possible during your stay where it is safe to do so always adhering to Government and industry guidelines. Day visitors are NOT permitted on our Parks. Please be aware face coverings are mandatory in all indoor venues on our Parks, while the use of face coverings is not required while dining and drinking in our restaurants you will need to wear one in when walking to our restaurants if travelling through an indoor area.
