Lundy Sailings

When: 12th, 14th, 16th, 19th, 21st, 23rd, and 26th October
Where: North Devon coast

Lundy abounds with Wild life ñ Silka deer, Lundy ponies, Soay Sheep, rabbits, basking sharks, dolphins, and birds so rare that they bring birdwatchers to the Island from all over Britain. A day trip to Lundy Island is also a cruise, a chance to enjoy the beautiful North Devon coast. Lundyís own ship the MS Oldenburg, is a sizeable vessel, carrying 267 passengers, and providing bar, buffet, shop and information centre. Sailing from either Ilfracombe or Bideford quay the voyage takes under 2 hours. Landing on the jetty, you walk up the cliff road from the beach and the island awaits. North Devon Hospice Fundraising Events

North Devon Hospice provides free, specialist care and support for patients, their carers and their families, faced with the impact of life-threatening illnesses. It is thanks to fundraising events, the lottery club, gifts in Wills, donations and other fundraising activities that we are able to raise the £3.2 million a year needed to keep PJ Day. Wear your bed-time best to work or school in our first ever Pj day! Simply get your work, team or school to sign up and get everyone involved.

Fun by Day / Scary by Night

The Big sheep will be no place for the faint hearted this Halloween half term as the famous family fun attraction is transformed into a seriously scary venue with a haunted house and a trip through the forbidden forest.

Scary by night. 28th,29th and 30th - When the sun goes down and the stars come out, the ghouls, goblins, witches, vampires and werewolves come out to play in the forbidden forest. You'll not find a scarier Halloween Festival in the South West!
