Waves Ceramic Studio

Waves is a paint it yourself pottery studio. It's an enjoyable and relaxing activity that will appeal to the whole family.

It's quite simple. All you have to do is choose an item of pottery from our display and paint it. We have a selection of pottery ranging from plates, mugs and bowls to money boxes, pet bowls and photo frames.

To help with you design we have a wide range of pictures you can copy or shaped sponges. We also have a photo gallery of items painted by previous customers to inspire you.

Staff are on hand throughout your creative session to assist with your painting, or serve you a refreshment. Serving a selection of coffees, tea, hot chocolates, fruit smoothies and freshly squeezed juices.

Once your pottery is painted, leave it with us and we will then glaze and fire it. This process takes 1-2 days. If you have an early departure we can post your pottery on to you at home.

Internet Terminal & WIFI

We have a sofa and beanbag area for those who wish to relax and toys and books to entertain the little ones. There is also an internet terminal for those who need to catch up on their emails and a WIFI connection so you can bring you own laptop and work from home.

Children's Hand & Footprints

We are able to paint children's hand and footprints onto pottery. These are a great memento and a fantastic gift, especially for friends, family and godparents. If you book a Baby Break with the Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parcs you will receive a voucher which entitles you to have a plate with your child's prints on free of charge. Our trained staff are ready to help you.
