We also invest in our team training to make sure we treat you like people not numbers and this is why so many people come back to us year after year.
NEW caravans
We’ve introduced hundreds of new caravans to our Parks over the past few years because we know just how important top quality accommodation is to you.
A continual investment of over £5 million brings you the best in comfort and style to all our Parks.
NEW style accommodation
As well as new caravans, we’ve spent £1.2 million over the past 4 years refurbishing all of our lodges at the Golden Coast, as well as introducing the contemporary Exclusive range.
You’ll find refurbished Exclusive Apartments at Woolacombe Bay with amazing sea views too.
NEW facilities
We’re determined to stay ahead by offering the best Camping & Touring facilities on our Parks.
Over £1 million has been invested in new all weather pitches, pitch improvements and upgrades to our amenities blocks, including an eco-friendly block at Twitchen House.
NEW activities
You’ll find so much to do on our Parks but it doesn’t stop us making them even better.
As well as £½ million spent to provide you with even more to do, we’ve kept ahead with Park-wide WiFi on most of our Parks. Plus there’s a massive investment in sports facilities opening Easter 2012 at Golden Coast.
NEW landscaping
We believe that attractive surroundings are an important part of any holiday.
So we’ve invested in enhancing the natural setting of our Parks by spending over £350,000 on play areas, adventure golf courses and landscaping to make your stay even better.
NEW entertainment
There's something different every day and night but that doesn't stop us adding even more to your holiday favourites.
The kids will love our new character interactive show "Banana Split" or our pantomime "Mother Goose" (Jun-Oct). Our brand new ShowTime productions "Brits Rule", "Back to School" and "ParkStar PopStar" will dazzle the whole family.
